We are all familiar with the concept of Girl Dinner - opting for a collection of a few random pantry items as a snack plate instead of a meal. It’s fast and low effort to avoid cooking for yourself, or a platter board for dinner with the girls. It’s basically the most elite way to eat.
I created this illustration as a celebration of Girl Dinner, all the foods I reach for when crafting my own snacky meal and the foods my audience told me they reach for too. A good balance of mostly carbs and treats - the only two food groups that matter - plus a cheeky bevy or two. Add in a scented candle and freshly painted nails and this image sums up girlhood at its finest.
